  • Rental of items is proceeded by advance reservation (some items) and on-site reservations (all items) through website, phone, or email.
  • Strollers and wheelchairs are requested to be returned to the desk, and other items are requested to be left in the room.
  • The hotel shall not be liable for internal defects of those items that had been lent out or any accidents caused by guests’ carelessness.
  • If the items that had been lent out from the hotel are damaged or lost, the hotel shall request for compensation to the guest in accordance with the hotel’s guidelines.
